Amproline hydrochloride
Amproline hydrochloride is an acidic white powder. Amproline can competitively inhibit the uptake of thiamine by coccidia, thereby suppressing the development of coccidia. It is mainly used for the prevention and control of coccidiosis in chickens, but is prohibited for laying hens. It can also be used for minks, cattle and sheep.
