Gluconate Zinc
Gluconate Zinc, with the chemical formula C12H22O14Zn, is the zinc salt of gluconate. At room temperature, it is a white crystalline or granular powder, odorless, and slightly astringent in taste. It is highly soluble in boiling water and soluble in water, but insoluble in anhydrous ethanol, chloroform or ether.
