L-Leucine
L-Leucine is a necessary amino acid, with the chemical formula C6H13NO2. It is the enantiomer of D-Leucine. At room temperature, it is a white lustrous hexagonal crystal or a white crystalline powder. It has no odor and a slight bitter taste.
